I will:

• Create a personalized Marketing Plan just for your home.

• Run a Competitive Market Analysis to help give you a clear understanding of pricing on homes similar to yours as we decide a price for your home.

• Add your home through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for maximum exposure to the market.

• Advertise your home online through social media, and other marketing avenues.

• Handle all buyers’ inquiries and requests for showings on the home.

EXPECTATIONS WHEN WORKING WITH ME:

• Answers. You can always reach out and I will answer your questions about the selling process & the market.

• Accommodation. I will always schedule around what’s most convenient for you. I am here for you when you are available, whether we are scheduling a time for us to meet & see the home, setting up a photoshoot for the home, or assisting with scheduling showings around times that work for you.

• Notice. You will always be up-to-date on any showings, buyer interest, offers, etc. that involves your home!

• Communication. Whether you like texting or you may prefer a phone call, I will create an avenue for us to communicate from the beginning & will reach out regularly with updates!

• Negotiation. Getting you the most out of your home is at the top of my priorities, I hold your best interests at the top of my list.

• Guidance. Whether this is the first home you are selling or you have sold homes in the past, I will be with you every step of the way to walk you through the home-selling process.

• Coordination. I will be on top of coordinating the transaction, from first listing your home, to setting up closing. Trust that things will be monitored & taken care of when you choose to work with me!
